As someone who has suffered with self-confidence and body image previously, I understand how hard it can be to break these habits but I promise once you do, you will be well on your way to a happy healthier life and I’m here to help every step of the way.

That’s why fitness to me isn’t all about what we accomplish in the gym but also what we implement outside of it as well. There is a lot of fabrication around female training in society. I am here to teach you that there’s more efficient ways of shifting those kgs than excessive cardio and crash dieting!
